There’s a huge amount that is positive about this hotel - Staff are friendly The decor is modern and sleek Shower was really nice Toiletries are lovely & smell beautiful Communal area is great and the access to regular drinks and snacks was really handy. Would be if you were a group with more than one room as it’s a handy place to meet up or if you just like company. Location is great, short walk to local attractions. It’s on a main street but I didn’t find noise an issue. This hotel makes very clear efforts to be eco friendly which they execute well. The hotel was very clean. The hotel was quiet, no noise issues at all. General feedback - The corridors felt really dark. It’s clear that this is partially due to the lighting being used in an eco friendly way, which is very welcome, but the wall paint being light, versus dark grey, would definitely help. The room I was in (245) felt really dark in parts, even during the day. I think this is just a combo of the lighting and where the window is. The bed and pillows were really soft. The shower is viewable from the bed. I was travelling solo, so didn’t find this an issue, but it may be less practical for some. To be fair, you could easily go and hang out in the communal area if you wanted to give your travel mate some privacy. Overall, this hotel is a great pick if you are staying in Lille. I probably wouldn’t stay again as I prefer a lighter, airy feel but I’m sure it would be a great option for most.

247 club lounge access but no one explained what was included. Went for coffee/snack first morning & ate a couple of mini pastries. Was told they weren’t included so we were charged €19 each 😯

+ve | Modern hotel in a good central location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable with good quality linens. Nespresso machine provided which is a plus for France where you don't always get tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. The club room is a nice feature of OKKO hotels. We booked breakfast which was good quality. -ve | Unfortunately I did not sleep well as the room was too hot. Although there is air conditioning it is not powerful enough, even on maximum, to cool the room sufficiently on a hot day and due to the restrictors, you cannot open the window far enough to get air in. The layout of the breakfast room is poor as everything is in one corner which gets crowded and chaotic - the hotel needs to space the breakfast area out a bit more so that guests are not in each other’s way when trying to use the breakfast buffet.

Our stay could have been perfect if it wasn’t for one thing - we reported the safe lights flashing on and off (more or less continuously) four times (the forth being as we left). Each time we were told they had resolved the issue - but throughout the night, we found they hadn’t - and this obviously disturbed our sleep. I even put a towel over the safe to try and block the lights (didn’t make much difference) - just for clarity, all the number keys light up and fade out (they’re a lovely shade of bright blue and approx 10 x 15cm) And at check out - we just got a ‘sorry’ - maybe I’m expecting too much, but there was more that could have been done during our stay (change room, good will gesture), and nothing when we left either. It’s a massive shame as the hotel was lovely and in a great location.

Okko is located really conveniently—lots of options for food, close to train stations, lots of options to shop around, right next to a gym. The room was clean and pleasant. Black out curtains were nice and the room is insulated so it’s quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Great hotel in a good location to wander around Lille centre. Lovely staff who were helpful and friendly. Cosy, clean and functional room. The clubhouse is a lovely space to relax in and grab a snack.

Comfortable and clean in a very convenient location, who could ask for anything more? But OKKO did provide more. Travelling with my disabled husband, it was great to have a room that met his needs, as well as a team of friendly and patient staff. Thank you - we will be back.

Air conditioning did not work, over 26C in the room. Many issues throughout the stay but it is unacceptable to advertise a hotel with air conditioning and not have any rooms with it working. Reached out to staff as much as possible but all they could do was move to a slightly less warm room with still broken AC.
