Great location, lovely apartment. We enjoyed our 5 day stay and will be back. The door lock was broken on arrival, but Grant came out to fix it immediately 👍

our 1 day stay was great, the unit was neat and tidy with all you would need available and the use of the spa pool.very good.

We enjoyed the contemporary feel of the unit with the bright colourful artwork and home accessories in the bedrooms. Lovely having a lounge and kitchen and the bedrooms and linen were nicely appointed. Thank you

While there was parking on site, it was very tight, and it was made even more difficult by someone parking in the turning bay. Inside the unit was very comfortable - well appointed and clean. There were people making noise (yelling out etc) outside our window several times during the evening which was a little off-putting. The accommodation itself was very nice and we did sleep well.

Fantastic stay! Very quiet . Apartment was nicely supplied. Everything we needed. Easy walk to downtown. Place was newly remodelled and very clean. Would definitely go back.

It was clean and room was also in mint condition. Good choice for family trip if you want seperate room. Close from city centre.

Great spot to stay at if you're visiting Rotorua. The apartment is perfect for a family of four however it was only my husband and I so we had so much room. The apartment has a cozy master bedroom with a king size bed and a smaller room with two twin beds. My husband and I agreed this bed was the coziest in all of the NZ cities we stayed at. The place is very modern inside with a full-size kitchen, modern bathroom (stand-in shower, no tub) and washer (dry clothes on clothing line inside/outside). There is only one TV in the living room so this may be an issue if you want to watch TV in bed before going to sleep. The neighboring area has a shopping center nearby that you can easily walk to go to the mall or grocery store. This was very convenient.
