The hotel was wonderful. The staff and the hotel I have nothing to complain about it was clean, the night staff helped me when I forgot some bathroom supplies. The breakfast was hot and plentiful especially considering there must've been a tournament of some kind with quite a lot of little soccer players. The only complaint I have was the parking. We had to park on the street cause a truck pulling a trailer decided to be considerate and take up five parking spots instead of parking on the street. There was charging stations which we have a plug in, but the instructions were unclear as to the cost and it said we couldn't stay there after a charge, it was 1000 at night we weren't going to wake up in the middle of the night to move our car.

Room was nicely laid out and clean. Nothing special. The heater/ac unit was horribly noisy. Loud clunk every time it changed modes, loud enough you never get used to it and it wakes you every time.
For the price I will choose a different nearby hotel next time.

We traveled from PA to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons, making our way to Boise.
Our stop and stay here in Twin Falls at Fairfield Inn was very welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast had great choices and food was excellent. Staff so friendly.

The stay was amazing and it all started with two restaurant recommendations I got while checking in early! I previously had a negative experience at the Marriott in Anaheim in February, however Twin Falls Fairfield Inn, made up for it and then some! Exceptional customer service and all of the staff were professional, amazingly courteous and the property itself was so clean and quiet!

This is a great property. The staff was very friendly and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the breakfast was good. My only issue was that they used a water softener and it was difficult to tell if all the soap was washed off. Also the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on all night so at times it got hot during the night. I would stay here again if I am ever in the area. Overall a great hotel.

Beautiful property. Convenient to shopping and restaurants without being too close and certainly not noisy at all. The room was clean and the beds were sooooo comfy! The pool, hot tub, and gym are all nice and clean. There's a really nice outdoor patio with a grill for our use. It ties into the sister property so still secure. 5* property for sure!
