Beds were extremely hard. AC sounded like a machine gun. Could hear people in the hall outside our room all night long. Not enough alternatives food options for breakfast. Pool bar staff were extremely pleasant.

Stayed in room 509, junior suite with ocean view. Excellent view! Room according to description. Clean and well maintained. No surprises, good or bad. Would have appreciated allergy information at breakfast. Typical tourist Mallorca location, a short bus trip or walk to more charming surroundings.

The staff are what make a good hotel great. Cleaners, reception, bar, restaurant staff. All so helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel on the perfect location. Staff is nice and works hard. At breakfast you have many options including drinks. Dinner is different every evening and on some evenings they have a theme, drinks are excluded. For only €2,- you can take the bus to Palma. It’s very easy to take a Taxi from the airport to the hotel, €15-€20.

The hotel was really nice and clean. The room was comfy and well equipped, especially mentioning the lovely decorated/renovated bathroom. Cleaning everyday was super nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious with wide varieties. Minus side was that the pool area was a bit small for a big hotel. The sun beds were reserved with towels already in the early morning, before people actually came to the pool. Of course this is unfortunately quite common in many hotels.

The service was extraordinary at this beautiful hotel. Joan made us feel exceedingly welcome from the moment we arrived at the reception desk until the morning we checked out of the hotel.

The place was lovely, the area is beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing. The food at the restaurant was great and the service at the restaurant was wonderful! To say you are a 4 star hotel there were some basic things missing : - there is no valet or parking -there is no porter to help with bags - the room had spiderwebs and smelled heavily of mold. My pillowcases were dirty upon arrival -the hotel has a pool but makes you pay for pool towels (I have traveled around the world and have never seen this before) - if you miss breakfast (ends at 10:30 you cannot eat or get food until 12). - you must have reservations to eat at the restaurant for dinner -they cater to their German clientele- no one gave us any information at checkin as to any programs at the hotel. Did not tell us anything about the spa or services.

staff at the hotel very helpful bedding and towels were changed every day hotel is very clean and tidy they offer car parking not on site but if its out of season you can park around the hotel loads of parking on street very small indoor pool

Lovely hotel, ideal and peaceful location. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Hotel food and drinks, are reasonably priced.
