Negatives:
From the time of arrival until departure, we never felt welcomed! Poor service in the restaurant, reception staff answers calls but you never get what you asked for. It felt like every person in that building works in silos!

Great hotel in Guntur. Stayed there few times always happy with customer service . Staff are very accommodating and helpful and always go extra mile to help .

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guntur.

Best hotel in Guntur. It is a 5 star place. Hilton Inn hotels throughout the world are no better than this. To have this in Guntur, a little bit of paradise.

The hotel was inaugurated just a month before we stayed there, so it was very neat and clean, the staff were very courteous and service was very good. The location was central to most parts within the city. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
