The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers great value for the price. However, since the unit is shared with another occupant upstairs, it can get uncomfortable if the person above doesn’t respect others and makes excessive noise.

Nothing inherently wrong with the room/building. We had some problems with the quality of the fold out couch/bed and the parking situation in respect to the price of the room for one night. And some slight miscommunication about the availability of kitchen amenities and no real balcony available.

Rainy weather,so difficult , have to work around the building, not exactly what is in picture.
More chance of falling/slippery during our stay . No proper walkways at the back .

The accommodation was excellent, central and shops nearby. Parking and entry a little challenging, ensure you get good instructions as to driveway entry, as address is Mt Albert Road, but entry is off Pah Road. Great communication by property managers/owners...would definitely use again. Great value too - Thank You!

It was really easy to find, easy to access and the accommodations were really nice and clean. But the wifi didn't work and that was a bummer.

This property was so cute we couldn’t stop admiring it because of how pretty it was!! We enjoyed our stay so much & that balcony came in so handy for our bridesmaids photos so thank you!!

We had a whole apartment. This gave 6 of us, including 4 teenagers plenty of space (and bathrooms). A fantastic property with great facilities and a garage that could fit our SUV safely. Easy to find, very modern, clean and tidy. Very comfy beds, a great nights sleep. Great communication from the owner. We will definitely stay again.

The property is a string of brand-new townhouses. It had everything you would expect in a hotel and was very comfortable.
The host was friendly and easy to communicate with for the time of check-in, etc.
The free on site parking was great. The automatic gate was a little bit inconvenient as half the car was on the road in traffic while putting in the gate code - a pretty minor inconvenience for some extra security and free parking though!
