When I checked-in there was a huge paddle of water on the floor in the restroom.
The toilet didn’t flush at all and AC didn’t work as well. It was horrible experience. No one was able to assist me because I checked in late.I couldn’t take a shower after the long trip, nor was I able to use a toilet.
Next morning the employees wasn’t able to help me either. I asked them for a temporary room to take a shower and use a restroom. I was told to use the restroom in the breakfast room.
Overall, it was a very bad experience and that room shouldn’t been available to guests.

They gave me a room without windows... sort of a sad room, almost a cave. People though were very nice and attentive.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and hospitable. The premises were adorned with beautiful flowers and trees, the sight of which was soothing to my soul. It was a shame that though breakfast was included in the price, we didn't have time to have breakfast at this hotel. The stay was comfortable overall.
