The room was very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, although there were no kitchen towels. Only paper towels. The bed was moderately comfortable. Several types of pillows. Housekeeping is every other day and does not count the day you check in. We had to fetch our own towels for two of the three days we were there. Also, we registered three people for the room, but were only given two sets of towels and had to make a special request for three on the housekeeping day. The coffee station was not stocked and was not refreshed when they did housekeeping. A room refresh should be done daily where trash is removed and towels are replaced. At the very least. BEWARE that whatever card you pay with will have a hold put on it for a charge per night of your stay, in addition to the cost for your stay. Once we checked out, the hold for the cost of our stay was removed from my account, but the per night charge was still there. We checked out on a Monday. Wednesday morning that the remaining charge for the stay was charged to my account again. Be careful if you use a bank card that you watch your balance. No housekeeping results in piles of dirty towels and trash bags in the hallways every day, which is very unpleasant. I travel frequently for business. The hospitality industry should be embarrassed. Owners and managers should be embarrassed.

We had a terrible experience. We booked the property two weeks before arriving when we got there late at night after a wedding they told us the hotel was full and we had to go to another hotel, which was not as nice and stay at. The room that we stayed in was smoked in and it was very uncomfortable.

We got a king suite and it was not work the price. Bed was hard as a rock. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed getting water all in the floor.

Nice hotel with a great walking trail across the street. The breakfast didn't change much over my 3 days but it was decent. Comfortable and large room and I never had any issues with noise despite the construction outside.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are large and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and want to stay there the next time I am in Atlanta.

The place smelled old in the hallways. the rooms were comfortable but you can tell they did not do the best at renovations. the buffet breakfast was good and the people at the front desk were very friendly.

Staff was uniformly professional and friendly, the space well maintained. Bedroom was spacious, bed comfy and shower water pressure strong. Breakfast buffet was excellent with some variety changed daily, which we liked during our stay of several days. Note that although it is close to shopping and restaurants, it is not pedestrian friendly due to highways and other major thoroughfares. There is no coffee shop or restaurant but a small bar is open off the reception area. We had difficulty eliminating the clammy feeling in our room no matter how we adjusted the HVAC but that may be due to the high humidity and rainy conditions.

We chose the location based on the proximity to Truist Park for a Braves game. The entire staff was very friendly. Our bartender was excellent, very friendly and fun to talk to, she reminded us of the happy hour specials and mixed me a great margarita. Check was also very considerate when we told him we had cut a finger on the shower handle. We will return again especially learning of the transportation you offer to nd from the stadium!
