Great location, only a few minutes from the center by car. Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, the kitchenette very useful. Overall a very positive suprise, we were extremely satisfied, will be checking out the other locations of the hotel chain too. Note: the confirmation mail stated that check-in is only until 8pm, but we called the hotel and they have a 24/7 reception. There's no need to rush.

This was a very last minute booking as we had been let down badly by the previous "appart hotel" sadly on Hotels.com. So we had a small problem getting in but once in everything was great. Very clean and comfortable. However our nights sleep was ruined by the compressor on the fridge howling every 10 minutes and at 3.00 am my husband found the isolator switch and we got to sleep! Don't be put off though. A very convenient place to stay.

We were charged extra for the parking and also for our small dog which I did not see when I booked so not happy with this, should be more obvious. The mattress was very old uncomfortable and sagging in the middle also it was full of bobbles which I could feel when laying on it. I would not recommend to friends unless they changed the mattresses this room was 108.

Checking in was difficult apparently our key was in a lockbox near the entrance. There was no one at the registration desk and-- since neither of us have phones that work in Europr--we had to get a local resident to call so we could get in. It was fairly disturbing

Reasonably priced, clean hotel with mini kitchen facilities. Slightly disappointed by the charge for parking on site which wasn’t clear. Bed a little too firm, but very clean. Staff were friendly and spoke English.

Well equipped self catering apartment only 15 mins walk from town centre and close to a handy supermarket. Very helpful staff, quiet surroundings and clean comfortable rooms. Stayed 5 nights and were surprised not to be given new sheets/towels during our stay.

Great value room, good air con, nice big clean bathroom and the bonus was a little kitchenette. A 2 min walk to the bus stop and then you can catch one of the regular buses into the centre of Vanne.

A 30 minute stroll into Vannes but no problems if you like to walk. Excellent hotel for a stop over, everything you need in a standard studio room. Highly recommend.

It was our second stay there and we felt immediately almost at home (even though our home is far away from Brittany and Vannes). Very friendly and competent staff at the receiption desk, nice rooms. City of Vannes and the beach can be reached by foot, even though it is very quiet at night. Beds are good, Bathing room is really big, shower is perfect....

Surcharges of: 3 Euros a day parking. Then for use of internet which does not work properly. Then more surcharge for using sauna. The gym and sauna closes very early. The breakfast is not value for money. Will definitely not use this hotel again

Bon accueil

I arrived after 5.00 pm on Sunday, so reception was closed. I had been sent a text message giving a number with no explanation of how to use it. It did not open the barrier to the car park. It did allow me to open a safe in a small hallway yielding an envelope with card keys to the 2 rooms I had booked, giving different room numbers from those in the text. There were no instructions as to how to get into the hotel. There was a phone number to call and hte person I spoke ot wa sunhelpful. So far as I oculd undestand him he said I could not get access to the car park. Guests coming out let me into both car park and hotel. I found that a very distressing start to my stay. The rooms and bathrooms were adequate. They were reasonably clean. The towels were small and thin. There is no service in this hotel unless extra payment is made. So the rooms are not cleaned each day. Had I known that I would not have booked it. The hotel is hard to find and the map from the website is of little help.
