We really enjoyed our stay here! We actually extended our stay by a night because we were having fun. We love the family friendly environment. Our one year old seemed to enjoy himself too! It’s quiet, and beautiful. We loved walking around and how accessible it is to necessities by foot and driving. We will definitely be staying here again.

Older property. Location is everything but way overpriced for what you get. Room was large and basic. However it could have been cleaner. Carpets need vacuuming and the walls needed cleaning around light switches and doors

This property looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1960s but the price was the same as a 5 star hotel.

There was no tissue in the room and none was available. I was offered an extra role of toilet tissue in place!? There were no glasses in the room except for 2 wine glasses and 2 coffee mugs. There was dead flies in the ceiling lamp shade, the bath and hand towels, although had been washed, were stained, which made you wonder. Tgat said, the staff and the reception were excellent. Just wished they would inspect the rooms and make sure they are properly cleaned before booking. I expected more since the price per night was not cheap.

Stated as lake view, not really, peak a boo view through trees. Stayed in a unit designed for only 2 people, unit was very small. Clean but bed very uncomfortable. We were in a unit that was right by barbecues and tables so it was a little noisy in the evening.

The location is amazing. Very short walk to Skaha lake. For families going to stay as the Waterfront, I STRONGLY suggest calling them directly when booking to ensure you get a room that will accommodate your preferences. When we first got there, our room was so small. There was barely enough room to walk by each other. There’s no way a family could stay any length of time in such a small space. Fortunately the ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing and were able to get us into a larger room at the Beachside Motel. I have never in my life seen a room so small as the one we first had at the Waterfront. They’re not all that small but unfortunately when I booked online there was only a picture of the bathroom. Now I know why, lol.

Great location right on Skaha Lake. Place was a little dated but clean. Our room was a little small, but other than that, no complaints. I would stay here again

Parking was an issue for a full size truck. Everyday we had to park somewhere else because the staff couldn't pass on the message that we were in someone else's spot and they were to park in ours

Likely the most overpriced hotel room for me as a frequent traveler in years. Low grade level motel.Very poor condition parking lot/front .Plus , guests had to walk to another motel down the street to register etc. Good waterfront access. All in al a terrible value and as a frequent Hotels.com customer , I would really appreciate a full refund/credit. Onward!
