Holiday inn resort was a delightful surprise! With so many resort options to choose from in Cayman, we decided to go ahead with this property and boy we were so happy that we did. Here’s why-
1. The front desk staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful especially Renoir who went out of his way to help us with a last minute tour! He made our stay seamless! The community along with the pet dog and cat will make you feel like its a home away from home.
2. The rooms are massive. We booked king ocean view room and we had our own living room, bedroom, 2 TVs, huge washroom, kitchen, all amenities we can possibly hope for.
3. The view is stunning. Yes, there is seaweed in the water there which makes it impossible to swim there but they provide free shuttle to and from seven mile beach and other popular spots!
4. Driftwood bar and grill on property has great carribean flavours such as mango chicken wings and pina colada french toast!
5. Live entertainment at the property and pool are icing on top!
6. Popular golf course right next to resort and free pickleball for guests!
Overall, i would give it 6 out of 5 if i could! Very very pleased and happy. :)

The room is good, has red, microwave, coffee maker, tv. Bathroom is spacious. It's by the beach. Staff service is excellent.
I think the carpet in the hallway needs to be changed or just removed it. It smells bad, Ihope it's not mold.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Area is a little far out of town. Beach is pretty but not real swimmable. Food and drinks were great. The morning breakfast was a real bonus since it was included in price. Wish the dinner menu was a little larger. It was great having the shuttle to take us to town etc. Left on the day before hurricane Beryl hit.

There's also a nice restaurant/sports bar onsite. The food was pretty good and the bartenders were nice. There's no beach access. I repeat..no beach access. However, they do have a nice pier where you can go out and relax and listen to the ocean. The pool area was nice. This hotel isn't walking distance to 7 mile beach. They do have a shuttle Mon-Sat. 8-5. Otherwise, you would need to take the taxi for about $20-25 usd. If you're a golfer, the golf course is very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I just wish it had beach access and was closer to 7 mile beach.

Good property at a great cost on an expensive island. Employees are amazing. Had a one bedroom suite with full kitchen, washer and dryer and living/eating area. Wish they had more amenities on site and the entrance road from Esterly Tibbetts highway was in better conditions with less speed bumps. Overall a good resort and second time I have stayed there.

Great experience, they were incredibly accommodating! They have a shuttle that'll take you several places, a transportation company on speed dial, and a boat captain on site! I highly recommend the splash tours, they'll take you snorkeling and playing with stingrays!

It is remote. This is good and bad. No shuttle from airport is an issue. To avoid this taxi fees and being stuck in this remote area, it is very highly recommended that you rent a car from the airport for some or all of the trip. They do have a shuttle, but if you are staying for four or more days you will want to have a car to visit Rum Point and Caves.

Everything was perfectly maintained, the dining area was pleasant, all staff were wonderful. A surprisingly enjoyable experience.
