This is an excellent budget hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

Just staying overnight for Phatasialand. Room and bathroom was clean and looked recently refreshed. Staff was friendly and were also willing to look after my belongings while I was away at the park.

The staff was very friendly, the Elevator was not working when we arrived, so the staff helped us carried our 2 big luggage to the 2nd!
It is a old style Hotel, but very nice and cozy , and great location! Next to the Christmas market!
I will come back and stay when I visit Brühl next time!

This hotel was rated as excellent and 3 star. However the condition of the room was not near excellent.and star should not be given more than 2. And I paid $260 for one night for 2 people. They charged $38 for the second person in the room. Considering the location and condition of the hotel, the rate was overpriced. Also I feel the charge for extra $38 for the second person in the room is unusual and made ma very unhappy. I would not recommend this hotel.

We slept there 1 night on our way to Phantasialand and were very satisfied with this hotel. It is located in a short walking distance from a shuttle to.Phantasialand. Our room was big and clean. Service is very friendly. And breakfast is good as well.
