The service was ok-ish. And the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The bed was very comfortable and there was free underground parking.

The area is convenient being 8 minutes away from lounges etc. by car but, it’s difficult if you don’t have ride from property to get around

Was a bit too far to walk into The city but for what we needed it for ( a one night stop over ) it was great and we’ll definitely use this hotel again

Worst case, untrained personal. Housekeeping smoked in our room. We found cigarettes on the floor. Manager for regulation not available. This hotel is the worst caes. I will never take a Plaza inn. Unbelievable
