Nice 3 night stay in Wellington, clean, comfortable and really convenient stay at Boulcott Suites. Bed was nore comfy than it looked, had decent amenities and was close to all we needed whilst visiting Wellington. Parking was good, despite being in different tower to which we stayed - pretty muched walked everwhere and knew car was safe. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful, n their makeshift location whilst Reception area was being renovated. All in all a great few days.

It is a nice clean apartment, quiet. We stay here often when in Wellington. The mattress was very lumpy but apart from that ok. Handy to everything Some challenges around other people being given our room but management sorted and let us know and gave us a free breakfast which was nice. The original arrival was a bit of a letdown around expectations and loyalty additions. we have stayed here a number of times but told we were not VIPs this time and not entitled to the bonuses. Not the usual reception in the room either. Management did respond after the fact which was appreciated. Still, a great place to stay and highly recommend Neo for breakfast

Love these central city apartments - always try and book here if I can for convenience, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and good value for money. It’s within walking distance of just about everything. Comfy beds, great staff from admin to cleaners and good kitchen facilities.

The service was good, booking is easy, parking is good, the location is good. However for the price compared to other hotels the overall hotel and rooms are run down. Scuffs all on the walls and furniture. No air-conditioning so was hot. The room every time we left and came back in had a smell like the bathroom vents were having sewage issues. Lack of ventilafion so we had bad condensation overnight. The carpet felt old and dirty (has been vacuumed obviously but just felt yuck to be bare feet on). The room just had a odd odour. The bed was extremely firm, the most uncomfortable bed ive slept on and the springs in one spot dug into me. The window in our bedroom had a piece of paper where the latch was because it was clearly loose or broken, the window whistled all night. Just generally a very average stay if being generous. The photos and reviews when looking online make it look much better than what it is, which led to dissatisfaction. Wouldn't stay again unless there was no other option available.

The conditions of the room is far from satisfactory. The blind in one of our rooms was broken and I could see dead bugs on the blind. The water pressure in one of our bathrooms is not high enough so we couldn't have a proper shower in the bathroom. The water would become cold near the end of the shower. We informed the staff of these problems and they took care of them immediately. The overall experience was good, though.

The two bedrooms suite was really good very clean and nice layout. We really enjoyed our stay very convenient for shops and restaurants.

Requested a twin room……. twice. Both times it was confirmed yet I found a king bed at the room. Surprised and disappointed. But otherwise very happy with the modern clean rooms. Handy parking with electric chargers available. Close to town and easy access.
