Not enough staff in the reception and a bit of do it yourself attitude. Wish for more staff and people smiling and more helpful.
Restaurant staff was a lot more helpful and also more well staffed vs in the lobby/ reception.

Third stay at thos hotel and we loved everything about it. The customer service, amenities, location, food. You cannot go wrong!

We chose the Lily Country Club because of its proximity to the airport. Getting a cab was easy. The restaurant, spa, and overall facility was great. Definitely recommend.

Amazing place. I wish we had stayed longer. A little distant from downtown Oslo but it makes up for it in Service, comfort, cleanliness, and the breakfast was perfection.

Rooms are quite small and rather dark. Rooms need a make-over. Paint off on the walls. No room service not phone in the room. All has to be paid by card. No room charge. Have to reserve for dinner otherwise no dinner…

Poor service for yoga studio with non solution oriented staff. She only referred to her manager for any decisions but the manager was off…Cold plate for serving hot meat did not improve my impression.
