Clean, new and for the most part quit property. Would stay again, with one caveat. We took the suttle from the airpower and back again. While checking in I made a "reservation" for the morning shuttle back. But in the morning, there were too many people. To their credit they scrambled and got a second one running. But it was a moment of mini chaos. They only one the shuttle once an hour, so not making the shuttle you need, can add a little excitement to your stay. On the way positive, our shuttle was a 5 am, and breakfast was already out. That was a huge benefit... and much appreciated. It was a warm breakfast as well... so kudos to them on that point.

Don’t hesitate to book here!

We were looking for a quick and reasonable hotel to spend the night during our 10hour layover and Mainstay was perfect!! They offer airport transportation, free breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. We also had all of our toiletries in our checked bag and they gave us free toothbrushes & toothpaste. Wow!!!! What a property!!! We have been on the road for a week, different hotel every night. This was by far the best!!!! Best room, best beds, comfortable, clean, everything was top notch!!

The front desk staff wasn’t courteous.
First room we got had a very bad odor.
Room had insufficient uternsils.
The sink and bathtub drain took forever to drain to you are working around dirty water

We have been traveling for four 2 1/2 weeks and this has been the nicest motel we have stayed in compatible with other motels of similar price.

Don’t let the stains on the hallway carpet dismay you; they are rough and the elevator was missing a few number buttons but…my room was SO CLEAN and QUIET. There was a huge soccer team in the hotel (all great kids) and it was quiet-the hotel
Let them use the breakfast kitchen for games and hanging out. Best thing? The bathtub. It’s gigantic. A person can take a real soak. My first room was so Smokey and it’s a 100 % smoke free hotel (who smokes nowadays?) and they switched me right away without any problem. Front desk staff is all business, but they get the job done efficiently. Yes, I’d stay here again!

It says: come here, leave your money and go. Unfriendly staff, no seating space during breakfast. Failed with the little details. Door opens in wrong direction, 2 knifes, 2 forked and 1 spoon although checking in with 3 people. No extra smile at all

Everything was great until the end of our stay. Our vehicle wouldn’t start and we asked three times for staff assistance, during times there was no front desk traffic, no one would. It was very disappointing.

There was no television channels and only a Netflix login. After logging in to Netflix, there wasn’t enough bandwidth to play videos. The service at front did not speak English well.

I received an email about a card issue prior to my arrival and i called to clarify this. I was informed that there was no issues and everything was fine, but when i arrived my room had been canceled due to card issue. Not to mention I received an email asking how my check in went thinking everything was good. Atleast i was able to get a last minute room. My family of 5 had to share a room with one king bed and breakfast was okay. Hotel is clean but in need of some minor repairs.
