Friendly staff. Location is safe during the day with many options for breakfast and good coffee. Avoid being outside after 10pm though (especially the main street).

Everyone was so kinda and helpful. The room was fantastic and the property is located in a safe area close to all sorts of restaurants and shops. Uber to tourist areas is fast and cheap.

This structure is amazing. Staff is helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and very pretty and the position is perfect!

Worst experience ever! Although the accomodation was OK. The manager was rude and fobbed me off. Won't be back and was charged for an extra room which apparently I was at fault for after they confirmed I could not stay due to a 1 night stay!

My stay was great and enjoyable! The bed was so comfortable that I did not want to leave the bed. Next time I am in Cape Town I know where to stay and will most certainly spread the word! Thanks you for the high service level and friendly environment

Overall, the venue is average. The decor in my room is dated but clean. The noise from traffic outside is a problem. In general, the location is not great.
