Place was dirty walls were dirty and roof look likw wanted to cave in very bad place and unsafe

Stay was fine for what we needed. No hot water. No dishes or silverware. Bed was comfortable, AC cold.

We booked one room for $124.93/night for 2 nights. A few minutes later we booked 2 more rooms for our neighbors to evacuate Sarasota due to Hurricane Milton.
The rate went up to $206.44 /night. This is gauging price. We had a friend who went to see the hotel on the east coast and told us that it was not what we saw online. We canceled and received an email stating that cancellation needed to be done by September 9, 2024.. I contacted Hotels.com and explained the situation. The hotel charged us for 3 rooms, and 2 nights for over $1,000.
It's unacceptable and it's taking advantage of people victims of Hurricane Milton. We will contact the Better Business Bureau.

Roaches were abundant in the room and we were switched last second into a different hotel room. fees are ridiculous.

The prices which you find online it is not even close to the price. Be prepared. Go to other hitel pay less and better quality.

Property is full of roaches,AC did not cool and we were told we would get a new room but we did not. People at the office are rude and condescending. Not worth the money for sleepless summer nights surrounded by roaches and the terrible customer service. We were not even offered a discount for thus problems, we were just offered and was told to wait for a call to change rooms,which never happened.

Loved the proximity to the beach, to 2 of the hotel group's pools, and the staff. Thank you for a restful vacation stay!

I repeat DO NOT book here EVER. I checked in on Friday, 7/19/24 took about 40mins to do so as the Front Desk was arguing w/ customers in front of everyone waiting. I went to my room dropped off my bags went to dinner. Came back a few hrs. later walked in our room & it had an infestation of roaches. I took pictures immediately. Grabbed my stuff & ran out. Another family on the same floor across from my room said they had the same experience. Went to the front desk and was quiet about it. I didn't want to make a scene since other customers were checking in. I asked for a refund & they said NO & offered me another room. I said NO I will book w/ another hotel chain. If two rooms have an infestation I'm sure the whole building does. They declined & said rudely take it up w/ Expedia who I booked with. And as I was walking out the front desk lady in front of other customer yelled "yeah we have rats too" & laughed. This is the worst experience I ever had w/ customer service at any hotel chain. And I'm still going back & forth to get my money back.

Location is perfect near beach boardwalk, clean, small town feeling. Breakfast could be organized better, building is showing its age, laundry could be cleaner. Overall we liked it, would definitely come back and recommend it

Worst customer service i have ever seen. Could not stay here because i never got a hold of anyone. 2 hours combined in two days on hold. When we did get a person we were put on hold 4 times! No way to recover lost money. I will make sure i am on any class action lawsuits against them!!

Really, when I arrived, i didn’t like the treatment at the reception, no friendly, no feel welcome. However the the cleaning staff were very friendly

everything was great! from the moment we checked in fernanda at the front desk accomodated ua to a room closer to the pool since we had the kids so grateful for her! the convinience store was a must for our kids! the pool was cleaned every morning which was amazing and so mind easing. i would deff r3ccomens but rooms can use a little bit of tlc. the bed were super comfy too! the kids loved their pullout couch!

Great place, super clean, friendly and helpful staff. Can’t complain at all! Will be booking there whenever I’m staying on the beach
