We arrived early and requested an early check-in. It took the reception 2 hours before we had a response from the reception. It was only resolved when we spoke to the manager.

Very good service, airport shuttle on time, very convenient for restaurants options.
The only thing to considers is that before the hotel provided a breakfast box in case you left before 6am, but unfortunately that doesn't apply anymore if you use hotels(Expedia)

Made 7 trips to Colombia in 7 years, by far the best hotel with location, gym and a 5 star breakfast buffet. My 11th floor room had a balcony with table and chairs with a fantastic view. Have stayed at some of the best, Double Tree, Best Western, Hilton, Holiday Inn.

hotel is just ok, wifi works, breakfast ok, shuttle service good; irritating the fact that they have delayed the delivery of laundry, I had to ask and they wanted the payment in advance ...; never happened to me, normally any hotel have my credit card and they charge me at the check out ... this was weird.

The hotel is located in a safe area and there are large shopping malls within easy walking distance. Within 10-15 minute taxi, or Uber ride, you are downtown Bogota. There are a few good restaurants right outside the hotel. Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is fine with several options.

Excellent hotel, close to American Embassy, near of dining and shopping options. Great option when travelling to Bogota. I really enjoy it. Executive Floor is a great option to have breakfast and snacks at night in the same floor.
