Its good overall but if the air con lets us control the temperature more then thatll be great! Also the wifi there at first is not working at first but the staff are very nice and solved the problem immediately by giving us a router at the hotel room, that is well appreciated! Overall we had a nice stay and the hotel connected to a shopping mall which had a lot of choices of dining there.

The bathroom is so outdated and smell of sweaty smell similar to humid and unclean towel

Beautiful hotel. Our room is very spacious over looking the harbour. Breakfast is average.

The room should be a non-smoking but it smelled like someone smoked when I checked in. I claimed it then they changed my room soon and the room was very clean. Anyway the hotel was clean but nothing around to see, 10 min from the canal by car. No place to eat at the evening.

We arrived early and were greeted by a Japanese staff and they were great. Came back later around check in time and were attended by different staff and the service was bad. Things go worse. Went to the room and the only good thing was the view. Sofa had stains, and the bed sheets had stains. That wasn’t the deal breaker, the room smelled awful. I didn’t want to complain and be moved somewhere else because I didn’t want to deal with the staff so I booked a different hotel and left.

It’s a decent hotel. Nothing that really stands out about the hotel itself except a nice lobby. The rooms are dated but have some great views. They do not run the AC in the winter even if the room is hot. Having the hotel attached to the shopping mall is very convenient if you are expecting a long stay / ski vacation. Having a whole super market attached to the hotel without having to walk outside in the snow is amazing. If your plan is to spend most of your time in the main town area of Otaru I would look elsewhere. It’s one train stop away (which is sort of attached to the hotel) that is about a 10 minute walk through the mall before 8pm (you have a long walk outside after 8pm).

Our second stay at this hotel... lovely place to stay with great breakfast and excellent staff. Ideal location to stay if skiing in the area.
