After a few initial problems the manager moved us to a different and bigger room. He was very nice and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Good place for families with activities for kids. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. The location is excellent within walking distance of everything

Hotel is very nice. Liked the room access to the pool.
Used the app for booking airport transfer. No confirmation and wasn’t actually booked. Staff booked for me easily but the whole point was that this was booked through their app.
This was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel. Very hard, to the point our hips were painful after lying here. Bed comfort needs to be addressed here.

Baby cott was the type made of fabrics. The fabric smelled EXTREMLY bad. Asked staff for new one. Got a new one but it was still DIRTY.
Hotels should have those made out of wood or removable fabric so they can be washed.

Staff lovely and friendly. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Pool area fun and well kept. Resort is a little dated and tired, but pleasant enough. We had an issue with one of our door keys which was never fully resolved which was a pain, but had a good stay nonetheless.

The swimming pool is beautiful. The nearby beach is very nice. The breakfast has a variety of food. The rooms have their private balcony. The bathroom is very nice.
Btw, they don’t have shuttle bus to the airport.

This is our 3rd visit here and we always like the stay and service. Prices have gone up since last year, but that was expected. We always book 2 rooms and ask for next door rooms but it wasnt provided. Also the water pressure and temperaure had issues.

The staff were friendly but looked tired and worn out. Our room had an odor of mildew that sometimes comes with rooms without good ventilation. We also so a roach in our room, not the big water bugs but the small roaches from filth. The in-room dining was just okay and the breakfast wasn’t nice at all for the price. I received two massages from the spa and Took gave a wonderful massage both times and was very friendly.

We had booked a three-night stay in the pool access room and we added a fourth night. The staff is very friendly and this is the cleanest hotel of all. The hotel is close to the two beaches in Ao Nang. There are a lot of kids playing in the pool so if it is something that bothers you, you should not choose the pool access room.

It was a decent budget hotel. Pool is really beautiful, and location is decent, because it is nestled away from the loud noises of Ao Nang, but still walkable distance to the beach. The rooms have basic facilities.

Wawa and Gan at the bar go above and beyond for the guests. The buffet breakfast is fabulous, so many choices. Omlet station, western and Thai options. The rooms are flawless (both in cleanliness, the furniture is stylish, the AC is cold, and the ambiance). The pool and pool bar were fantastic, well kept and clean, as well as the property as a whole. Can’t say enough good things.
