My arrival was bit problematic but the manager of the hotel is one of the best managers I’ve ever met, he dressed my concerns and personal stop my room to make everything was taken care of

I love that the hotel faces the beach but if you do not like noise at night, then do not book a room facing the beach because of the live band and loud music. The breakfast was good with traditional selections to choose from. The rooms were very spacious, clean and up to date. The bathroom very nice and clean. Staff was excellent. The only issue I had were the roaches that came out from under the bed and dresser when the lights turned off. I woke up to roahes crawling on the floor, nightstand and bathroom sink.

My room was one of the nicest I have ever had in Freetown and I have been traveling to Freetown since 1999. A comfortable bed and a very clean and well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was adequate, but the lack of AC in the large room is a bit uncomfortable in the hot season.

My two weeks stay was overall pleasing, I was particularly impressed with the good customer service given by one of the staff Eldred Mattia who knew his job well and demonstrated great professionalism in what hospitality industry should have. He had made my stay with hotel so much more pleasant.

Inappropriate discussions about guests, and staff’s personal activities. Delayed and in-consistent response for service from some employees. Concerns were addressed after complaint to Manager. Lovely hotel pleasant staff pity hotels in area do not help to keep the beach opposite there hotels clean as I personally came with my family I would not return to that area because of the beach. Lovely beach at number 2 river but 30 min drive away

The hotel is nice but the staff need training in customer service.
The food is not so good. I ordered a beef curry and the beef was so tough and inedible.
It suppose to be a smoke free hotel but the Chinese smoke at the will in the hotel with total disregard for the other guest health.
The hotel is of course owned by a Chinese so I guess they get preferential treatment which is denied to others.

A great place to stay in Freetown. Excellent restaurant and the rooms are comparable to the best hotel s around the world.

Excellent venue. On the beach. Service ok, not exceptional. Breakfast moderate. Nice clean room though with fantastic view and super clean bath facilities. Will stay there again.
