An old hotel in a bad area. Elevator out of service. Pool in atrium with very noisy crowd. Internet off and on…Old washed out towels going gray.

The only advantage that we have,was the close to the downtown Playa del Carmen,the water was coming from the sink,yellow;the sheets were not cleaned,the shower was clogged,all the water was getting out of shower,making it unsafe for us;asked for a moped at 9:00pm,they said it was closed the cleaning area,the internet never worked,it was a disaster,when I did my check out,it was raining and we seated waiting for our transportation and the ceiling was dripping water from roof…….never again……thanks for my unsafe staying

Wonderful little gem near Quinta Avenida. Walkable to all the great spots! Great restaurants nearby and an awesome fruit grocery nearby. Clean and safe! Great staff.

This Hotel is a gem! Tucked into a quiet neighborhood just off the fabulous Quinta Avenida in Playa del Carmen. Good vibes and cool looking rooms. I have a King sized bed and a huge, tiled bath tub with a rain forest shower. The swimming pool is excellent. Staff is very friendly and professional.

This Hotel is a gem! Tucked into a quiet neighborhood just off the fabulous Quinta Avenida in Playa del Carmen. Good vibes and cool looking rooms. I have a King sized bed and a huge, tiled bath tub with a rain forest shower. The swimming pool is excellent. Staff is very friendly and professional.

When we first walked in we were shocked by how amazing it looked.
I would totally stay again but wished the staff gave us a few more details!! Had no idea we had to use key card in a random box to work the lights and A/C We had a stove top but no fridge, no biggie!
After a super long day of travel in extreme heat I would have loved some assistance with our luggage going up 3 flights of stairs!! ( Ya I know, suck it up!)
This final thing is why I cannot give 5 stars is they have NO drinkable water for guests! For such an "upscale" place that should be a priority. When I asked at the front desk..the guy laughed at me!!!! Even a water cooler in reception would have been better than nothing!!

This hotel is a good place to stay in. The location is great. Very close to the bus station, and you’ll have plenty to choose from as far as having a meal.

Just a bit noisy around the pool, but it was convenient and clean.

People don't respect others at bedtime, are talking so loud by the pool at late hours. also, you need to mention that the parking is around the corner and the administration desk is open late.
