Very private location. Staff was amazing, very attentive! They felt like friends after our stay. Would definitely stay again. We stayed in Dome #11 which was great, air conditioning was super efficient and effective too. Had breakfast at Na Ha both mornings, also great.

The hotel is an area away from the noise of the downtown area of Todos Santos located along a natural estuary and the Pacific Ocean. Upon arrival the staff is welcoming and friendly with information to make your stay enjoyable.
The staff is very helpful not only with on property questions or needs but with assisting you around the nearby areas as well.
The rooms are very clean and set up in such a way that you have privacy and it is very quiet.
The pool, hot tub, and activities are easy to use and available.
The restaurant and bar service is friendly and well crafted.

Access to the hotel was through dirt roads and that was a bit inconvenient. However, once at the hotel everything was great. Would’ve loved to have enjoyed it for more days.

Beautiful property with great pool and spa. Warm and friendly staff who learned your name. The room had fantastic views, very comfortable bed and was spacious. Onsite resturant and bar were really good. I had several great massages. Drive to town was quick. As others have suggested rent an SUV for the dirt road. I truly enhoyed my stay and will be back!
