we arrive around past 11pm of the day we reserved the room, unfortunately we were not able to occupy the original room my wife have reserved for us which a twin bed room. instead they gave us a 1 bedroom room. we we were three who occupy that bed so we are not comfortable, though we just stayed in a short time.

It was an amazing experience, truly unforgettable. That hotel became a lucky charm for me, as I got approved with my US visa application

I was not able to use my booking and I called hotels.com many times to have a refund at least but nothing happened , you guys wasn’t able to help at all! I will never book with hotels.com anymore !!!!

We asked them to clean our room. They hadent Even touched the toilet. It still har tooth paste on it. We complained they said they would make it right. I waited another hour. Nothibg happened so i went doen yo complain for the second time. I constantly har to repeat myself and show i was angry to Get a responce. Will never come back or recomend hotel
