All the staff were fantastic! location was perfect- super close to the airport. View from the room was beautiful. rooftop and pool were stunning. ONLY issue was the shower- it was a handicap room and the shower was wheelchair accessible which we did not need but it was a nice size. however, the shower head made a huge mess and water was everywhere. there was no shower door so after every shower we had to clean the bathrooms ourselves with multiple towels. it was a mess. they said they were sold out and could not move us.

I had to leave this hotel early for my safety because the night before, one of the hotel security staff around 11:45-11:55pm attempted to enter my room unannounced. He as well as the hotel front desk staff lied and said that I had my room door open which was not true because I had them show me the security footage the next morning which in fact proved that my door was completely shut. This man used a hotel key which he got from the front desk to try and enter our room late at night. I’m not sure if his mission was to come in my room and steal or to do something harmful but imagine waking up to a grown man knocking at your hotel door late at night twice and all of a sudden attempting to enter your room. It was the scariest thing ever and I’m still overwhelmed. With that being said I spoke with the hotel manager Jacqueline who was just as incompetent and she very much hesitated to show me the footage around the time the man come. After watching I could conclude that she or another member of management edited the video to cut out the time this man got off the elevator and walked down the hall to my room to try and enter with a hotel key. They are all working together and had I not been so alert who knows what could have happened to us. This man approached me and I told him to get away from me and once he realized I wasn’t in the room alone he backed up. Do not stay at this hotel, they are liars and I have photos and video evidence of this situation and will be reporting them.

It’s not far from most of the things. It’s nice and affordable. The breakfast was good.
