Overall it was a good stay however the hotel was quite busy. We didn’t receive the 2 drink vouchers we should have had as VIP hotels guests, due to unavailability we didn’t get a late check out and upon checkout there was no info about where we could shower/change if we wanted to stay for a swim until we were ready to head to the airport. The room had a funny smell but the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was alright but it was a bit messy and loud in there. Perhaps a bit commercial. The pool and beach area is nice, away from the crowded street. We prefer to stay a bit further out from the busy places this was just a quick stop over on our travels.

We spent our last three days on Koh Samui at OZO and it was the best hotel we experienced. Such good service and fresh and modern rooms. The restaurant had a good variation of foods and very tasty. Location was perfect in Chaweng, located on the beach and close to walk around in the city life at night. Will definitely go back

The OZO is a serene oasis tucked just away from a bustling street. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean. The hotel staff were always available to help and assisted us with booking and planning a last minute tour of the island. The beach is easily accessed and beautiful. There are plenty of chairs - no need to come early or fight for a space! I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The location of the hotel is good but unfortunately the style and type of uniforms gave the feeling that I am at a hospital or a mental institution. The colours of the uniforms resembles those at hospitals for different wards. It spoils the ambience of the place. We stayed at the deluxe room but it is still very small compared to other hotels that we have stayed. The view and location are very nice but the ambience have not done justice to the place. My overall feeling when looking at the staff with their colourful lack of style uniforms spoiled my trip as I have to remind myself that this is not a hospital. I have to add that we are able bodied perfectly healthy people who only visit friends and relatives at hospital so we do not have a hand-up about hospitals.

The room really nice and clean, I'm travelling with 2 teenage and 8 years old, the beds its so comfy. The room we stay not quite ok with the door handle the lit of the tag it flipping out.
