Nice and new hotell. Good service and nice personale. Just a bit hard bed. But it was a good stay

Great hotel, 3 minutes away from Tromsø airport and 5 minutes away from the city centre. The breakfast had a great selection of food for any type of dietary requirements. The parking in front of the main entrance was useful, however you have to pay for it. The bar on the 11th floor was vibrant, with a lovely view and they even offered us welcome drinks. The room was nice and cozy, the bathroom was spacious, however the bed was too noisy and squeaky for every minor movement, I wasn’t able to get a good nights sleep due to the noises of the bed as I was constantly waking up.

Clean room , staff friendly although always rushed off their feet manning both reception and the bar . Ideally located for the airport and Bus 28 across the road direct to the city in 15 minutes. Very comfortable bed .

It’s only a short taxi or Uber ride into Tromso itself and you get to experience the underground road network which is super cool. They’ve also got luggage lockers if you want to leave your bags before flying home whilst you go out to town.
Overall, it’s a simple, modern, funky hotel, with gorgeous views, out of town to escape the hustle and bustle but we would definitely stay there again if we came back to Tromso.!

The bar has a nice atmosphere and offers a terrific view, while the breakfast was very good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only improvement I can suggest is regarding the bed, which was hard and uncomfortable.

You wouldn't expect to be so overheated you can't sleep in a hotel in the arctic circle, but we were. Apparently due to the thermostat initiative in Europe you can only set it down to 20C/68F, and you would think that would do it - but no. Our room was so hot we finally wound up having to open the window, which was also not enough. (and also very loud of course with city traffic.) So we finally had to prop the door open also to get some airflow. It was a miserable night of noise and non sleep. Also the concept of having the sole apparent staff member for the hotel being the check-in clerk, bartender, waitress and server just doesn't cut it.

This is by far one of the best and modern hotels I stayed at. Amazing customer service, location is great for those who has to fly early in the morning. Only downside is the pillow, it’s not right type for the mattress. I would suggest to have 2 types of pillows so people can choose between firm and soft one.

I love the fact it was a very quick 3 minute drive from the airport. Combined with the quick Uber response made our 6:30 flight as stress-free as international flights can be. It would have been nice to be able to grab a cup of coffee before breakfast was served to clear the sleepiness.

The Moxy is a quick 3 minute drive to and from the airport. Combined with the fast responsiveness from Uber, we were able to get to the airport without stress under 6 minutes. I would not hesitate to stay at the Moxy again while traveling through Norway.

Room was very nice and clean, bed was good. We got an upgrade for a room that had a view to the sea for free. Bar/lounge on the top floor was stylish and had fun details such as pool table and board games. View was amazing and the airport nearby didn’t bother us at all even though we were a bit sceptical. Breakfast was not he best one but had everything we needed. Nice stay, would recommend!

The outside isn’t very excited, but then you go the 11th floor where check in is, and it takes your breath away. The decor and view is amazing!! Our room was perfect, the breakfast was delightful, and the staff was wonderful.
