A beautiful hotel. So pretty view. If I’m coming back to Okinawa, I’m definitely coming back to this hotel. A front desk agent was really helpful. Sorry I don’t recall his name .

Okinawa Prince Hotel has nice infinity pool, indoor pool, spa , sauna, hot spring pool facilities. Guest room with magnificent view to Ginowan yatch club. Hotel also provide shuttle to airport. Bath tub & shower room
is spacious. Overall facilities & services are excellent.

Hotel is very nice with wonderful spa and pool. However, the front desk staff (especially the senior staff) was rather rude and unfriendly. He didn't even smile during checkin, and nobody helped us take the luggage to the room even though I asked someone to help.
Breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices and friendly staff!

The property was beautiful and attention to detail awesome. The only thing there really much in the immediate area to do. The was a large arcade next door if you have kids and a marina across the street. We had bad weather with a typhoon coming so things were kind of shutting down and our outdoor activities cancelled

There was one thing that dissapointed me was the room service. Most of the restaurant closes early (9pm-10pm) and it's little far aways from the hotel. So, when we needed little late-night snack we were queite surprise about hotel not providing roomservice.
Othere than that sauna was wonderful, amenities and others were great!

I was very disappointed. When we arrived, no one helped us unload per luggages from our taxi. The staff were all so kind and helpful. It is right by the marina so water sports were easily accessible. It is out of Naha city itself but close enough to access various locations. It did not have the ultra resort feel where you walk out onto a beach but it worked well for us and the view from our room was great.

very comfortable, but two bed are smaller than others. It maybe can be the same size. And we met a very cute staff member .We will come back next time.

Staffs are very friendly
It was raining that day they saw us running for avoiding get wet and ask our need once they saw us. They prepared towel very quickly and concern our health.
We have a wonderful time there.
