A very pleasant and comfortable stay for a few days. All hotel staff were very kind and friendly and always willing to help and provide information. The room was quite comfortable and clean overall. However the shower button didn't work properly and as a result we had to pull it every few minutes so that to have water flowing through the shower tube. Breakfast of reasonable quality and variety but not something special. Overall it is a vfm hotel although from time to time rates are quite expensive.

Amazing!! Staff couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was huge and varied. Rooms were spacious with great view over harbour.

The property was beautiful and quiet, we slept ok but we had issues with the mosquitoes 😆 omg when we left the hotel I had a lot of mosquitoes bites on my body 😆😆 like a tattoo… it’s not property’s fault, we had open the window because my brother and sister in law had problems with the A/C they don’t like it. The hotel had A/C and they had and for mosquitoes tablets… anyway that was our problem not the hotel for sure… the staff was very helpful, kind and friendly and their hospitality was excellent!!! We found a Tavern little bit farther from the hotel and we were there every single day 😃 the food was amazing 🤩 Katerina’s Tavern. There were couple of restaurants and stores around the hotel and the people were friendly. About the hotel now to say that their breakfast and their coffee was delicious 😋

Easy check-in and parking.
The room was small, the bathroom didn’t have a window (it was humid) and its basin was out of it, next to the bed. The balcony glass door didn’t have a lock.
Breakfast had some variety but the quality of some of the options (especially the cold cuts) was low.
Overall, an adequate vfm.

I chose to stay in this hotel due to the excellent reviews it had (summer 2021) and the photos of the establishment. We stayed in a 3 bed room, traveling with my wife and child.
Pros:
- Service. All staff were polite and eager to assist in anyway they could. They made our stay a lot more comfortable!
- Breakfast. More than decent, it was quite balanced for all tastes and with good variety.
- Internal Common spaces. Very carefully renovated and with modern design (I wish that the same could be said about the rooms and the exterior!).
Cons:
- Outside appearance of the building. The moment we reached the facility it was apparent that something didn't add up to what I had in mind (and no, I didn't have Aman resorts in mind). The outer side of the building is poorly maintained (if any) and it must be from the early 80's.
- The rooms are nothing like the pictures! I know that a lot of establishments use photo software to edit the final result of the picture, but this is out of ordinary! The renovation (if any) has been done in a very poor manner and it is quite a pity, it has a real potential. The bathroom is so small that you can't really go to the toilet and close the door without making some gymnastics move! Also the bathroom smells badly constantly.
- Wi-Fi. It is much better to use your own cellular data, the wi-fi is non-existent! Constant failures, disconnects and when it is up, the signal is so poor that it is practically unusable.

Amazing, we wasnt booked to stop here, but got upgraded from original hotel which was closed due to covid, this little place is a gem, I have no complaints at all 😀😀😀 just make sure your hire a car, other than that enjoy this little gem

Although recently renovated, the hotel's design, inside or outside, will not win any prizes but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. It is well located next to the sea and the bars and restaurants of the Loutra village and has its own parking. Note that the sea right in front of the hotel is a small marina so in order to swim, one has to walk a bit further down the road.

The view of our balcony was breathtaking!
All the staff was beyond polite and whatever we asked for they tried to make it happen. The hotel location was marvelous as all the good restaurants were nearby!
Definitely recommend it to othes such Kythnos as island but also the hotel !
