When our booking was confirmed, we were assured of wheelchair access. However, upon arrival, we found this to be incorrect. The only elevator available was through a back garage door, and there were numerous steps throughout the property. Due to the poor service, we ultimately decided to find another hotel.

The property is well taken care of, it feels intimate and relaxing for a big city like Morelia. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This is a great property if you rent or have a car for the city because parking is included. (Valet or self parking) Parking garage is two blocks down but it’s a beautiful walk. The property also has a well working A/C and a steamer verses an iron but worked great. Great experience.

This hotel is very clean and walking distance from downtown. A bit inconvenient because has no parking on site. Suite on the back side of the building is next to a club therefore gets very loud from 9pm to 3am so if you are a light sleeper you won’t be able to sleep.

I lived the architecture and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. I will be staying here in the future. I was worried about the noise with traffic and it was not bad. Enjoyed my stay! There is a lot going on at night there with lots of people hanging out on the plaza and near the cathedral late hours like 12-3 am and it felt safe.

The whole downtown area is awesome this hotel is great, the room, the service, the restaurant, excellent location too.

Excellent in all ways! Hotel is gorgeous. Walkable to the cathedral and city center. Staff is lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is centrally located to the historic center. The staff during our stay was the nicest we have encountered at any hotel. Any questions or issues we handled in a prompt, pleasant manner. I recommend getting a room on Main Street. There was slight road noise but not bad, and became very quiet during the night. We were in 204. Great room with a balcony looking out onto the Main Street. Originally we were in the back of the hotel and after reading a review realized there might be some excessive noise from a club behind the hotel. We were there during a holiday weekend so we expected the noise to be significant. The manager was so kind and worked with us to get a quieter room. We only had breakfast and coffees in the restaurant. The means were very well done. We even extended our stay.

Good location for exploring the city. Truly excellent restaurant. Bad for parking. No place to pull in for check-in and the street of the hotel is very busy. Room at front of hotel had a lot of street noise. Poor insulation between rooms.

Lovely stay, with great staff. Very central location. If I had to suggest any room for improvement, it would be more outlets in the room. We could only find one in the room (which was being used by a lamp), or one in the bathroom. We had a rental car and the road was blocked at the front of the hotel, which made it a little challenging navigating check-in/check-out, but the staff were very helpful. Parking is not at the hotel, which they do note in the description.
