We were disappointed with the room. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The toilet didn't flush very well, the shower curtain rod came down when my husband went to have a shower. Towels are pretty cheap. A chair in the room would be nice to put clothes on etc. Nice view and if the weather is nice enough and you are able to sit outside that would be a plus to the room. Don't think we will stay again not at that price for what you get. We aren't super picky but it was a little get away for the two of us so a bit disappointing but it was clean, that's important.

Stayed for 2 nights and really liked this property. The grounds are extensive down to the lake front and include an outdoor pool. The room was fine, clean and everything we needed with a good shower. Big shoutout to the owner / manager who was friendly and helpful during our stay.

Thé outside property was beautifully landscaped, lots area for play, waterfront, horseshoe, fire pit, all rooms seemed to have water view with balcony. Landscapes beautiful, rooms were average

Beautiful place and yard. Attentive host.
Too cool for us, to swim, but the pool is inviting. Take note: there is only a microwave/wine fridge in use, a stand up freezer was available, but no coffee machine etc. and absolutely no option for food prep.

Lakeview was amazing. Good cleanses and overall well maintained.
Bed was a bit squeaky when I moved on it and mattress was a bit too hard. But that can be a personal preference.

I thought it was usual that they did not clean the room daily or make the bed or restock essentials and clean towels, had to empty my own waste basket and ran out of toilet paper, was told to ask for more as we checked out, to late.

Very nice place. Clean pool. Backyard is nice to have a rest by the lake. Also you have a fire pit and one volleyball park. The VHS movie collection is super nice but we couldn't make it work in the bedroom sadly. For a short term I really enjoyed this Motel.

The staff made some errors and was not present to check us in, however, they were very apologetic and redeemed themselves through their great service.

Not a lot of choice for Dining out in Wiarton, outdoor restaurant /pub was ok. Hiking trails at Bruce Caves great. Check out Rural Roofz- hiking trails, sound garden, flower gardens, chakra art!!
