Excellent location, very close to the station, shops and restaurants. Very clean and it seems like a new building.
Lot of amenities were provided.
Bathroom is very small but loved the deep bath tub.

Amazing comfortable stay. The room size was decent, and amenities (comb, drip coffee, yukata and room slippers) were provided. There was body soap, shampoo and conditioner too.
Very children friendly with kids toothbrush, room slippers and kids plates and utensils provided.

Convenient..so close to the subway station and grocery store is just around the corner. Very clean and staff was friendly. I would stay at this hotel again if we come back to Kobe.

This hotel is clean, modern, and close to Sannomiya Station in central Kobe. The area surrounding the hotel can be quite loud with traffic and construction, but that's offset by the convenience of the location. The rooms are basic but not cramped like many other hotel rooms in Japan. The laundry facilities were also clean and easy to use. As a family of four with two small children visiting family in Kobe, this hotel met our needs at a reasonable cost.

The room looked a little bit old. The wallpaper was falling off a bit. But everything was clean and bed was comfortable. The parking fee was a little bit expensive. But overall, it’s a good deal.

Very convenient location near stations and bus terminal, town centre and restaurants & shops. Good room size for twin room. Bed's mattress was very good for me of a pleasant sleep.
Noise from construction work on the other side was a negative point.

Other than the construction going on right beside this hotel it would have been perfect. Clean, modern design inside each room and open concept lobby. The construction will be ongoing for at least a year so be warned. They are still digging a large underground area.

Room is clean and tidy with enough space for 2 big luggage. 3 minutes walk to JR station and bus terminal, highly recommended!!

Clean hotel with very convenient access to the Sannomiya area.supermarket and 2 shopping centres within 5 minutes walk. Construction of a building next door but no noise issues at night. Overall it was better than some 4 star hotels in Osaka.

Convenient location, close to train station. Excellent grocery store next door. Large selection of prepared meals (great sushi!) and huge wine section.
Unfortunately our queen room was dark and very small for two people traveling with luggage. There was a huge construction project across the street from our room making it extremely noisy during the day.
Breakfast was delicious! Best we’ve had since arriving in Japan a month ago.
