The most amazing place I have stayed at in the Dolomites. Modern design rooms with amazing views. Extremely clean with excellent dining options. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommended to all types of travelers. Huge value for the money!

Great accommodation but when you have noisy neighbors the walls are too thin. But in all other aspects a great stay and recommendation worthy.

Very nice hotel, facility is new, personal are friendly, there is a parking basement with many parking lots. You also get bus ticket upon check in, that makes it super convenient to travel to Otisei. The breakfast is VERY good, many choices, omelet and scrambled egg are made on order.
Only comment is the family room on 4th floor, the kids seem with a lot of energy, run around until very late. Could be nice the family room at low floor.
All in all, very good stay, will definitely come back!

Great location for hiking. Nice amenities and attentive staff. Very clean with attractive decor. The only negative was the horrible mattress.

Classy modern hotel with impeccable service and amenities, including rooftop lounge, sauna, infinity pool, and fantastic breakfast and dining in the evenings. We loved our stay. We were able to rent e-mtb right from the hotel and ride the sellaronda. It was amazing!

A really good hotel and an awesome stay.
Everything in really good condition, like new and a great wellness area located on the 3rd floor.
Parking in parking garage under the hotel free of charge.
Rooms are small but really nice.

Short stay (2 nights) in the stylish „Newcomer Panorama Sauna“ room with balcony and beautiful view. New, clean and spacious bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good, the included breakfast was good. We did not use the Spa / pool area, as we had a sauna in our room (which was very nice after a long mountain bike tour). We will come back again :)

Loved this property and location. Originally booked for one night and ended up staying for 4! Excellent food. Half board was great! All the staff was fantastic and can’t beat the location. Would definitely stay again.

Nice and clean hotel close to a lot of hiking and bike trails. Rooms are nice and spacious and equipped with a tablet that provides information about the hotel and the neighbourhood. Parking is free. Breakfast is good.

Overall very nice hotel with friendly staff that was welcoming and very attentive. Would definitely stay at this hotel again for either biking, hiking or skiing or really just a good getway.
