One of a kind 5-bedroom house located between Henley-On-Thames & Marlow complete with -
• King bed master with en-suite his and hers shower
• King bed with en-suite shower only
• Double bed
• Single bed
• Sofa bed
• Bathroom with bath and handheld shower
• Downstairs no bath or shower
• Wi-Fi
• Office with desk and smart tv
• Lounge area with smart tv and wood burning stove
• Two rear gardens and seating areas
• Open plan Kitchen/dining/lounge room with tv
• Well-appointed kitchen with cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs for tea and coffee, glasses, pots & pans, chopping board and cooking essentials
• Hair dryer
• Iron and ironing board
• Washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher
• Initial supply of hand soap, shower gel and shampoo included
• Initial bed linens and towels included
• Initial supply of washing up liquid, salt, pepper, standard tea bags, coffee supply, milk sachets, toilet roll & kitchen roll
Guest Access:
Guests have full and private access to the house, driveway and both rear gardens.

The house is located in between Henley-On-Thames and Marlow on the leafy Bucks/Oxfordshire border.
The nearest pub/restaurant is - The Stag & Huntsman - 5 mins drive
The nearest restaurant is - The Ivy Marlow - 5-10 mins drive
The nearest train station is - Henley train station - 10-15 mins drive
The nearest supermarket is - Sainsburys Marlow - 10-15 mins drive
Getting Around:
Parking – There is space available for two standard-sized cars, to be parked, one behind the other, to ensure the neighbouring driveway remains fully accessible.
The nearest train station is - Henley train station - 10-15 mins drive.
Medmenham to Marlow is a 10 minute drive, likewise to Henley-on-Thames.
Other Things to Note:
We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbours when parking at the house. There is space available for two standard-sized cars, to be parked, one behind the other, to ensure the neighbouring driveway remains fully accessible.
Garden furniture cushions are to be brought into the house overnight and not left outside, especially when its raining.
We are unable to give details of our Hosting Holidays Henley direct booking site via third parties
Please note if you have booked directly, 50% of your payment will be taken by card automatically when you make your booking online, the remaining 50% will be collected automatically, 5 days before your check in date.
One-month stays are available for our property based listings via Hosting Homes Henley
All bedding provided is hypoallergenic
We supply an initial supply of guest consumables only, we do not supply logs
We provide a mid-stay clean and linen change free of charge for stays longer than 2 weeks
Please note, a refundable cautionary damage deposit will need to be paid before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.
