Leave all your worries behind when you arrive at Loganita Loft! Tranquil and calm, this gorgeous property was part of the historic Loganita Lodge, and offers a spacious/lush yard, garden, fruit trees, and access to an exclusive sandy beach! Beautifully designed, this light and airy home was originally created as an artist work space. Take a relaxing soak in the oversized jetted tub. Come experience stunning west side views of the San Juan Islands, and renown Pacific Northwest sunsets!
The living area is spacious and bright with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of large windows that let in lots of natural light. There is a comfortable seating area to gather round with the ones you love. This open concept living area flows nicely into the dining area, complete with a dining table that seats 4.
French doors open to a large deck with a bird’s eye view of the ocean and the surrounding property. There is plenty of seating and a large propane grill where you can create some delicious meals!
There is a quaint kitchen with a propane cook top and a large air fryer. The kitchen does not have an oven but provides everything else you may need for cooking.
We provide basic cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
The bathroom has a large tiled walk-in shower and a luxurious oversized bathtub where you can soak all your troubles away.
The main level bedroom is large and relaxing. With a comfortable Queen-sized bed with soft linens, you are sure to have a wonderful night’s sleep.
Make your way up the winding spiral staircase to the upstairs loft. This beautiful room has a cozy Queen-sized bed.
There is a smart TV located in the primary bedroom.
High speed internet is available for guest use.
There is an electrical vehicle charging port, right next to the parking area.
This home is as beautiful outside as it is inside. The grounds are adorned with many fruit trees, a garden, and surrounded by a lush lawn.
If you walk to the end of the driveway you will find access to the exclusive private beach. Perfect for beach combing and gazing out at the amazing view.
Safety features include a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm/ carbon monoxide detectors, and a first aid kit. We will also provide you with emergency evacuation information and emergency contact information.
*** Please note that there is no gas station on Lummi Island and you will need to fill-up before you arrive.
*** For guests traveling between April and June, The Whatcom Chief ferry goes into dry dock for maintenance. This means that there is no substitute vehicle ferry service and the island is accessible via ferry only for foot passengers and bikes. Dry dock season typically lasts for about three weeks and exact dates are posted on the Whatcom Chief’s website. Please reach out and we can help you plan your stay!
