This lovely modern and stylish home is located just a short walk away from Canterburys Busy high street, this home is surrounded by amazing restaurants and family friendly pubs.
We offer the very highest of standards and the quality, adhering to stringent cleaning measures with hotel quality linens, fresh towels, self check-in and 24/7 Guest support.
The space
On the ground floor this property features an open plan living and kitchen area. The living area contains an amazing sofa and armchair, a drop leaf dining table and chairs, coffee table, breakfast bar and bookshelves with plenty of reading material. The kitchen come fully equipped with everything you need to cook all of your favourite meals away from home. Includes fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all utensils.
The first floor is home to both the bathroom and lounge. The bathroom comes equipped with a stylish bath, separate shower, a basin, mirror and toilet.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa which opens up to become the small double sized sofa bed for 2 guests. This room also contains the TV, desk and desk chair, and plenty more books!
The second floor is home to the master bedroom. This room contains one super-king bed, bedside tables, lamps, plenty of storage and body length mirror.
Guest access
The entire property is for use of our guests.

Please be respectful of the neighbors.
This property has one parking space.
We may allow your dog to stay,
However, you would need to agree to these additional rules:
- Additional cleaning fee of £30 required.
- No dogs on furniture or upstairs.
- All dog foul to be immediately disposed of in the proper manner.
- It is preferred that the dog sleeps in a dedicated bed.
- Dogs must not be left unattended for long periods or overnight.
- We do not accept dogs that are prone to barking as they may disturb the neighbors.
- Evidence of not adhering these rules may incur an additional charge and you may even be evicted, regardless of your check out date, depending on the severity.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver.
