The owner was difficult to deal with and difficult to communicate with. He/she demanded for a GBP 200 cash diposit into their UK account, on the day of check in. It was not stated on Booking.com while reserving the property. And after almost 3 months, my deposit has not yet been refunded. The property itself was not too bad, but it's very close to a main road. Very noisy and the building was shaking when heavy vehicles pass by. The kitched was too tight to be functional and the dishwasher smelled disgusting. The shower's pressure was too low to be functional. Finally, the owner doesn't know customer service and only considers the convenience for themselves. Didn't release the keybox code even after the check in time and didn't mind to kick us out early before the check out time. When asked about detergent for washing machine, I was told that it's the responsibility of the customers.
