Decent for price, convenient close to all you'd need

When I stayed at this hotel a year ago when it was under different ownership and named Motel 6 I had a good experience and even gave a great review at that time. This year my experience was the opposite. If I could now give this motel zero stars I would. Worst experience of any hospitality service. While getting ready for bed, a stranger entered our room while my roommate was undressed and I was in the shower. She quickly dressed and went outside where she met the person trying to enter our room. That guest was extremely apologetic explaining that is the room he was just given and his key card worked. The desk clerk had assigned our room to him. She went to the office where she was meet with a silly giggle and not a single effort to apologize. All the clerk could say was that he let us check in early that day and I could just leave the motel if I did not like it. She has written an email to the motel owner and no one responds. This motel is filthy dirty! I don't think they clean any surface in the rooms. When showering the water was not going down the drain and when it did eventually fully drain about 10 mins after I got out of the shower a LOT of hair balls had floated out of the drains that were short curly, none of which was my long and straight hair. Also my Expedia Account says my charges should have been $119 incl taxes and I was charged $130, not a big difference but not ok to change the rate I agreed to at booking.

I thought this was a great stay. Updated on the inside, although it is a little dated on the outside, but I didn't care about that. Staff was great and accommodating as I booked on a platform in which I thought I had booked to beds, but only had one queen. They switched it immediately for me with no hassle.

This place is awful first it was not ready at 4 pm supposedly getting cleaned when we did get in we saw that floor was dirty bath towels dirty but thought ok one night then pulled covers down on bed and there was lots of small hairs staining on sheets then pillow case had stain on it : talked to person at desk he came took the covers and came back with another dirty sheet he could not find any clean bedding did not clean room just asking for another chance but did not even know what to do finally at 11:00 pm we left went to wetaskiwin and got a clean beautiful room there This place is a disaster unhealthy and not worth a penny let alone what we paid almost 200 dollars Do NOT ever stay at this place you will regret it for sure

I booked our hotel room at 10:30 pm, and showed up to check in around 11:30 pm. My husband went into the lobby to check in. There was a couple of guests screaming at each other in the lobby, other guests loitering around the parking lot amd the whole place was dirty. We were told our room would need to be cleaned before we could check in so we had to wait. We waited in the parking lot for roughly 30 minutes before we decided to leave because we were so worried for our safety. We stayed at a different hotel but I was still charged for the 2 nights at Motel Bo. DO NOT STAY HERE.

1 of the 2 safety devices on the door was broken. Used towels from last guest were left in the room. Garbage was not emptied after previous guest. Hard bed mattress. No one in the office when i went to check out in the morning. 2 positives; the price was phenomenal, and at least they made the bed after the last guest.

Absolutely filthy. I had already paid through Expedia so wouldn’t get my money back. I went to store and bought cleaning supplies snd clean the room myself from top to bottom. Do NOT book here!!!

Asphalt in parking lot heaving. Cement crumbling on side walk. Floor in room fithly. No glasses in room by sink for water. Thin walls, coild hear EVERYTHING!

Pretty sure the price changed from when I booked to when I checked in because I would not have booked it had it been $199 per night for a 2 star at best hotel with no breakfast offers or daily service. I had no choice but to pay the rate as everything else was book. Staff was good and room was ok just didn't expect to pay 650 for 3 nights when other friends paid 450 for other places.

People live at this hotel. Loud music till 1 am, fighting at 5 am. Then the hotel manager woke me at 7am banging on the door. Saying I had a phone call. I asked for a refund on the next two nights. They would not give me my money back. Instead offered me a room with a wet soiled mattress
