I am an respiratory student at casper college. I have to travel there once a month and stay 2 to 3 days. I love this place cause I feel safe amd has very comfortable rooms. The water dispenser is amazing im addicted to that water. They even have a pelton bike in the excercise room. And a hot tub that i relax an. Breakfast is wonderful.

Excellent rooms and cleanliness. Bar and restaurant were great. Staff everywhere were great. Don't judge by the outside looking typical as the inside makes for a great stay!

The staff was super friendly when we checked in. They gave us warm cookies for the whole family. There has definitely been upgrades made to the hotel when you first walk in. Our room…. There was black stuff on the white comforter, stuff all over the phone. The ceiling in the bathroom needs to be updated and is extremely stained. When we crawled into bed, there was food in between the sheets.

I felt compelled to leave a review because we had a great experience here. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, that's mostly what I gauge experiences on. However, the staff was incredibly helpful, the pool and spa were great (and heated!), there was a fun little arcade room, and an on site restaurant. The rooms are quaint and quiet. Yes, the layout was different from other hotels, it's literally a convention center type hotel. Yes, it's being updated and there is construction going on around the area. But all of that aside, I would definitely bring my family here again when in casper! It felt safe, there are lots of cameras and lights in the parking lots. The entrances require key card access so there's no riffraff. Breakfast was good! Cheese omelets (with actual eggs, not powdered!), different style breakfast potatoes: fried or baked. Then your typical bakery goods (toast, bagels, muffins, etc.) Overall a great stay and good experience.

Enjoyed the stay. Didn't like TV service, didn't have normal ABC, NBC, CBS channels. Wanted to watch Monday and Sunday night football but couldn't without streaming service. Only had Roku channels and couldn't access games there! Big disappointment!

Bed was comfy, hotel and room was clean. Pool, hot tub and complimentary breakfast was decent. Theres a restaurant and bar on site. Just not in a great area. Parking lot has weeds and broken glass. Theres no grass around to walk your dogs.

The room was dirty but we stayed anyway. They put us next to the ice machine so even though we were there to play music until late at night we had to be woken up by the workers filling their whole ice chest with the ice machine going so loud we couldn’t sleep. Then when we got done playing music for the veterans and we come into the bar to have something to eat with a drink with the war Vets and our service dogs. Even though it was illegal to tell us we could not be in there they told us to go into another area of the restaurant because we had service animals . I though my it was disrespectful to our Vets and dishonoring ! I told the front desk and she said they couldn’t do anything.

Absolutely amazing!!! New place for us to stay in Casper WY. The entire hotel is incredible. Staff is great! Breakfast was super nice with plenty of options.

There were a few issues with a noisy A/C system and building remodeling, but the staff was great to get us moved to rooms further away from where the work was being done. They genuinely cared and were very accommodating.

Half the time the key card did not work. I am older and all of the trolleys for luggage was never available, ice was an issue, and the continental breakfast was not worth it. I will not stay at this hotel again at least if i can avoid it.

The new owners are fixing the place up so have patience. Atrium is awesome. I am sure in the winter it's going to feel even better.

The first night was a little rough due to an old A/C unit and unexpected buildint construction early the next morning. After discussing my concerns with hotel management, they went above and beyond to take care of us. Excellent value, great staff!!

It felt like we were the only people in the entire hotel. We went to our room and the AC didn’t work. They moved us to another. It was a strange feeling we had in the hotel Like maybe they were remodeling, like part of the hotel was closed I wouldn’t stay there again, and wouldn’t recommend it To others either
