Given notice to check out by 8:00 on our last day because of work in the hall. No offer to have a different room Chair was broken. Coffee put out for us in the morning but they had no cups Questionable people hanging around the front and in parking lot at night. Refrigerator not working properly.

Would not recommend. Room smelled weird. Was put on a floor that I’m assuming was being renovated so the hallway had damage everywhere. There wasn’t an ice machine. The front desk guy was very nice but he knocked on our door 40 min before checkout to ask if we needed to book another stay? I’ve never had that happen before. Every-time id go to the parking lot there would be random people out there. My room had a small kitchen space which was nice but they didn’t provide literally anything but two plastic cups. Bathtub was dirty. There’s literally nothing you get from this hotel but a bed to sleep on. Which at that point it’s still not worth it for the price

This hotel was not as advertised. Checking in, they messed up our reservation. We booked 2 rooms side by side. They had one. They ended booking the second room 6 rooms down the hall. I had children with me, that’s why I needed side by side rooms. Both room were in poor condition. First room had what seriously looked like blood smeared in the lampshade. There was more of the dried substance on the cord of the hair dryer in the bathroom. There was a chip in the bath tub that was rusting and rust around the drainage hole. The second room had a piece of the carpet cut out and nothing covering it. The bathtub did not drain so the water filled the tub after showering. There was no bath towels in the bathroom. Went to the front desk to tell them and they handed us only hand towels and said cleaning people have left for the day.
