Check in was easy. The property was able to accomodate a 3pm check in. The staff was nice and answered all of our questions about utilizing the hotel shuttle, which we utilized to and from a banquet hall in the area. The hotel shuttle was on time and very accomodating.

We were disappointed with a couple of aspects of the hotel. The motor for the heated pool was really loud, making it impossible to have a conversation in the pool area. Also the hot tub needed to be cleaned and the ladder to enter and exit the pool was missing all of the rungs, but the screws for the rungs are still prominent to the point that I scrapped my leg on one before I realized the ladder wasn't functional. The room was a little run down as far as the bedding. For example the bed skirt for both beds showed signs of wear and tear where perhaps a dirty vacuum cleaner had rubbed up against it. And finally, we tried to have breakfast at the hotel, which was an extra charge. But when we sat down, we were not acknowledged by any staff - only two tables were occupied - we waited for 10 minutes and nothing. So we left. Just kind of bizarre.

Beds in 2nd room were clean & very comfortable. Newer bedding. 1st room had older bedding, not as clean.

Requested a quiet area. Room across from ours had a huge party with yelling & music. Impossible to sleep late at night. Called front desk & asked about security & where were they. Got no answer. Called again & they finally moved the people to the 3rd floor from our 1st floor. Still we did not sleep after that. They did give us that night free. Bathroom in that room was dirty. Especially the door. Used the stairs the next day & there was vomit on the floor!! Also vomit on the step going into the hotel. Sick!

No restaurant or bar

The beds are great. Very comfy.

Ice machine broken. Bar & Restaurant closed. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Couple fighting in the parking lot with police outside our window. Van parked in parking lot blaring music & dancing in parking lot. 6 AM car in parking lot blaring rap music under our window. Staff at hotel allowed this to continue. We expected security or someone to stop it but they didn't. Not sure that we want to stay here again. Don't feel safe.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean

Noise level. The room above me was constantly stomping, yelling, and making a ton of noise from about 7pm until nearly 1 in the morning. I called the front desk 4 times in a failed attempt to get management to ask the room above me to settle down and be respectful, if not at least mindful of other guest who may be trying to rest peacefully. The woman at the front desk was dismissive and hung up without a goodbye or anything. Unprofessional to the say the least.
