Two en suites are located on this level, including a king bedroom and a bedroom with a custom-made queen over queen bunk with a double trundle, Additionally, this level has a double laundry area and a sliding door to the pool area which also has a party size hot tub, two picnic tables, volleyball court, and two charcoal grills. The pool has a spacious seating/lounging area that is unmatched in Pine Island!
