Good location, relatively quiet, 5minute walk to the beach

The apartment was spotless and very well laid out with comfortable beds and a lovely terrace Lots of.storage and easy access for.anybody with mobility issues. Marcello was a star and very helpful.and.obliging

It was.all.good couldn't really fault it at all.

All the information was sent to us by text/email before arrival. We was met on arrival to be shown to our apartment and given advice about the room . As we had codes I thought this was a lovely touch by the host as they could have easily just left us to it . We was met very quickly on arrival

Everything was great . There was some building work going on nearby but this was not a fault of the host and to be honest we wasn’t really in the room when the work was happening anyway

During our stay, there was renovation in an apartments nearby, which was noisy but to no fault of host

Stayed here many times, great location and of easy to access when you arrive. Pool area is spotless and plenty of sunbeds available.

The property was wonderful and the location perfect. We checked in easily with out host who took the time to give us a brief tour of our apt and the property. The apt was on the main floor and looked directly out onto the boardwalk which was perfect. The property itself is perfectly located for the area giving us beached and restaurants on both sides. The pool was very clean with an added bonus of one being heated. The kitchen had full facilities, lots of dishes, including a Nespresso machine.

The wifi was unreliable and frustrating. We were told that we were sharing with all 200 guests in the property. There could have been a couple more towels, especially something we could take to the beach.

Location was great. The sofa beds were very comfortable.

We were very unhappy about that we had to pay for the broken toilet waterbox that we didn't break. We don't understand how that could happen. Marcello sent us a photo of the broken toilet waterbox telling that we were responsible for this crack, something impossible to understand as we used the toilet as it's usual to do

Very nice open plan apartment with exceptionally large veranda and nice view. All facilities readily available. Marcello was very helpful with anything regarding the apartment. Pool area was spacious and very clean. Plenty of sunbeds available. The apartments are not cheap but are spacious. and have a super location. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Couple of small pernickety points. The bathroom did not have an extractor fan, which I think with an open plan environment would be useful. Also, the seating to watch tv was not particularly comfortable as it is seating for a fold away bed. For a family the two fold away beds significantly add something but for two people not so. Neither point would stop me booking again

Location is very good. Good contact with the host, he answered quickly.

It was my mistake, but this is not a hotell, only one simple apartment. I was many times in Teneriffe but it was my worst booking. The apartment has everything what you need, but very simple. Not worth the price to be honest. The pool was cold and small. It works but the pictures painted a better picture than reality was.

Location is the best part. Its close to the beach, no hills and main strip with shops and restaurants all close.

the cleanliness wasn't upto our standard, bed was uncomfortable and it was abit noisy being close to the road. Building work going on, on a different complex across the road which made is noisy during day when kids where napping.

Best we have stayed in, been here 3 times this year, will book again for sure. The apartment is fantastic and the host is so personalised with your stay, amazing place, thank you once again for a great stay.

Coming home

The location of the property is excellent close to the beach and all amenities. The apartment was very well stocked and Maria was very helpful upon our arrival at 9.30pm. She came to meet us and show us to the apartment.

Unfortunately our apartment was changed the day after the money for the booking was taken just 2 days before our arrival. This meant that we only got the sun in the morning and not in the afternoon as we had wanted.

Everything was perfect!

Amazing Apartments right on the beach front . Want to say a big thank you to Marcello , absolutely gem . We had 3 Apartments rented from him the last week , they are absolutely immaculate and in a great area only a 2 min walk to the golden mile and the beach is on your doorstep . Will definitely be back to stay here again.
