Welcome to our beautifully updated vintage house, ideally situated with easy access to downtown Seattle, Fremont, and the University of Washington via nearby bus routes. Our home offers stunning views of the Olympic Mountains and sunsets from every level, including the basement. People often stop to take pictures of the view from our front yard. We're also just a short walk up the hill to the vibrant Phinney Ave, where you'll find excellent coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Additionally, you can enjoy a stroll to the Woodland Park Zoo and a quick drive to the bustling dining, shopping, and grocery options on 15th Ave.
Ideal for families, group travelers, and multi-generational stays, this home offers both comfort and accessibility for a memorable visit. Experience the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern amenities in a prime location, ensuring a delightful stay for everyone!
The home has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is 3180 sqft. This is a 3 level home (including the basement) with the following floor plan:
**Floor Plan**
• Main Floor: Entrance, living room, kitchen & dining; Bedroom with a queen bed, full bath. Heating & cooling
• Second Floor: Primary bedroom w/ queen bed and ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen beds & hallway bath. Heating & cooling
• Basement: Family room, kitchen, dining; 2 bedrooms with queen beds, full bath. Heat only

• This is a home and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
