Just stayed in the room for short period but rooms were clean and reception very helpful. No bar available but local bars near hotel and everything is in walking distance.

This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It is positioned at an extremely busy intersection, so even in a room on the 4th floor, the traffic and noise is considerable. The room resounds with the constant rumbling of the tram (Straßenbahn), which also screeches as it turns the corner. To make matters worse, there was construction in the building, which produced a symphony of drilling and pounding sounds beginning around 8am. Impossible even to have a phone conversation. I stayed here for 6 days and was quite actually exhausted from the lack of sleep. I took note of the hotel manager yelling at the housecleaning staff about not working fast enough (the man didn't even stop his berating as I walked by). Others have mentioned the breakfast, which is decent. The staff in the breakfast area were always friendly, and if anything needed to be replenished, they were happy to do so.

It is fine hotel, the location is very good but the room has no mini bar and no TV or telephone to call room service!

Checking in was a problem because the automat did not issue my bill. Since I had not noted the room number, I had to phone. The immediate service was good. I was issued a new room number and key but it took 3 contact attempts before my invoice was emailed 2 weeks later. Room pleasant, with kettle. Covid test kit in room.

We liked the clean room and the selection at breakfast. Starting each with good breakfast was perfect.

Convenient location for Supreme Court. Rooms pleasant and reasonable size. Brekfast was slightly problematic. I went up just before 8 and the juice dispenser was almost empty. I managed to scrape together the last portion of scrambled eggs. Although one could hear the staff talking in the back room, it was 20 minutes (I noted the time on my watch) before anyone came to replenish the container, so that the half dozen people who came after me had a limited choice.

It was also complicated to find the parking spots and to access the rooms from the garage and outdoors. The entrance we were told to go in was not clearly marked. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Insisting on up front payment you have little choice. No fridge or air condition. Reception is separate from the hotel (short walk on the sidewalk). When roadwork finishes in mid 2020 you may want to try. Price is good, breakfast is great and glasses are small.

Excellent place with very nice staff. The hotel is very well located and the rooms are also comfortable and clean.

I had a serious complaint to make on our first night of 3. The staff dealt with it very well and the rest of our stay was perfect. They operate an unusual hotel system, whereby there are other businesses operating within the building. We found it tricky to find the reception.
