There are three bedrooms. Two with double beds and one with double beds.

Our apartments have autonomous entry (smart locks, key boxes, etc.). We do not deliver the keys in hand. We send detailed instructions for the Check-In and Check-Out processes. Our apartments are on Google Maps.

If you have problems with this type of service, do not book our apartments.

There is parking in front of the house

IT IS COMPLETELY PROHIBITED NOT TO CLEAN THE HOUSEHOLDS USED. (20€ extra cleaning)

THE HOLDING OF PARTIES AND EVENTS IS COMPLETELY PROHIBITED. (We will report damages)

THE ENTRY OF PETS IS COMPLETELY PROHIBITED. (Extra cleaning €50)

THE OVERNIGHT STAY OF GUESTS OUTSIDE THE CONTRACTED ROOM OR THE USE OF EXTRA BEDS TO THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN CONTRACTED IS COMPLETELY PROHIBITED. (20€ extra per guest-bed/night)

Contracting and entering this accommodation implies knowledge and acceptance of these rules.

If these are not met and extra cleaning is needed to eliminate stains, odors or damages, the amount will be claimed. Likewise, if it is not possible to remove the stains, the amount will be claimed. Likewise, all damages or lost or missing elements will be claimed.
