Your newly renovated home away from home in the gorgeous Shipyard Community! This ideally located 3 bedroom/3 bath villa includes a private terrace with a view of the golf course, a community pool, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, easy access to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island, and miles and miles of bike paths. 

Appointed with all of your needs in mind, this Evian villa provides all the luxuries of home including Smart TV's in the living area and bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with every appliance you may need on vacation, and an outdoor terrace with comfortable seating under a covered patio. The kitchen has a breakfast nook with seating with a pass-through that is open to the spacious living area with a dining space for six. The living area features cozy reclining furniture and a Samsung Smart TV, access to the patio, and views of the beautiful Shipyard Golf Course. There are two main level King Suites. The primary King suite has a beautiful walk-in bathroom with oversized tile shower, plenty of storage, a walk-in closet, and a designated work space. There is a walk-out to the back terrace, as well. The second King suite has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub, a designated work space, and plenty of storage in the bedroom closet and dresser. Upstairs, there are 2 Queen beds with a nook with a sofa for relaxing or separating the little ones with a pack 'n play stored in the closet. A full walk-in shower bathroom is attached to the upstairs bedroom.

Cozy linens, towels, and starter amenities are included with your stay. Free Wi-Fi is included. The villa includes a full-sized washer and dryer on the main floor off of the kitchen.  Note: starter amenities are not restocked during your stay.

This golf course-view villa is just a short walk to some of the best beaches on Hilton Head Island and is situated in the Evian neighborhood of Shipyard with its on-site tennis courts, a beautiful pool, a gazebo, and a picnic area overlooking the lagoon. Beach access at the Shipyard Beach is a 10-minute walk from the villa. One beach parking pass is included, and parking is available on a first come first park basis. Shipyard offers a 27-hole golf course, miles of bike paths, the Van der Meer Tennis Resort, and the Sonesta Resort.

Overlooking the Shipyard Golf Course and steps away from the beach and the bicycle path, this is the perfect family vacation, golf group outing or weekend getaway.

The pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset from April 1st through October 31st. The pool deck is open year round.

2 SHIPYARD PARKING PASSES ARE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RESERVATION TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE GATED COMMUNITY. PARKING IS NOT ASSIGNED IN EVIAN VILLAS.

No Smoking. No Pets. No E-Bikes permitted in Shipyard. No golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided. The pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset from April 1st through October 31st. The pool deck is open year-round.

Guest Access:
Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during you stay. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Shipyard.

The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
The pool, tennis courts, and beach are all walkable. Breeze Shuttle is available mid-March through October outside of the Shipyard gate to get you to shopping, restaurants, or the public beach. A parking pass is available for the Shipyard amenities, and the beach has public parking as well.

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
