They make you checkout at 10am and come back at 3pm for checking in again which is annoying but the big onsen area I think is worth it

Discriminated against for having tattoos and not allowed to bathe. The manger promised me a refund but was dishonest and only provided half of the money back in return

If you’re a foreigner, avoid this place at all costs. Checked in and was told “No tattoos in the onsen”—of which much has been written about internationally already, so won’t add to the ridiculousness of having this conversation in 2024—to which I said “I understand” and laughed with the lady, showing her both of my arms covered. I was booked for three nights. The next morning, I walked to the personal shower area and was physically stopped by an employee saying I couldn’t even shower with tattoos. I’d never encountered this before, asked a few questions and finally explained that I was here for 3 nights, and maybe I could just shower quickly a few minutes after the 10am check-out time, when no one was there. This was also refused, and so I then had to go downstairs and ask them to cancel my reservation, so that I could find another hotel that would allow a person with tattoos to shower. They refused, saying it was my choice to cancel, and I could just stay there and not shower, only adding to the shameful, greedy and immoral way of running a business—especially in a town with lots of tourists. After an hour on the phone with Expedia, they forced this hotel to cancel my reservation, and I finally was able to check out.
Long story short, in a country that goes above and beyond to welcome visitors, to treat them with respect, and to make sure their travels in Japan are enjoyable, there are still some who only see money, who refuse to join the rest of the world in 2024 with th

I got to experience 1980s Japanese style here, this is quite a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, especially the onsen on the 7th floor is quite amazing!

It was my first time in a capsule hotel, and it was an enjoyable one. This hotel is very close by to Dotonbori so it is very convenient for tourists in Osaka. The staff have in information in English too, which is handy if your Japanese is not the best. They give you everything you need (pajamas, bath supplies, shaving supplies, etc) which is great. Bathrooms are shared so be prepared for that (which is typical for capsule hotels). I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the experience.

I stayed for 4 days and I can say my stay was fantastic. The staff is the best I have experienced in Japan so far (I've been to 5 hotels here to far). They are all very nice and helpful. One of them speaks great English and helped me a ton during my stay. The hotel is also very clean all around, had no trouble there. The onsen and bath is well maintained and they give you everything you need in a bag. The front desk will give you a new bag everyday you comeback if you're stay multiple days. The hotel also has a public space to eat or do whatever while seating down. The problem is that there is a smoking room near it and the smell leaks into the public space. Nice that it's close if you're a smoker, annoying if you hate smoke. As for the area, it seems to be more of a residential area with a College nearby. Not much going on outside of a alley full of restaurants and a family mart nearby. The train station is also close by, probably a 3 minute walk. Fully recommend.

Deluxe room was spacious, clean and private, bed was comfortable. No private showers, bathrooms smelled a little funky (probably due to the cleaning solution used).

The establishment is located nearby Dotonbori and few minutes away (walking distance) from Ichiba Market. The staff were friendly and helpful. The capsule has only one socket so bring an adaptor or an extension cord with multiple usb ports and sockets for charging. You can borrow from the reception as well free of charge just in case you don’t have one. They have a built in spa as well which is amazing to use after a long day of walking. Will book again!
