Nice location one block off main strip and very close to nearby beaches, restaurants, etc. The outside of the cottage was not very aesthetic, but the inside was nice, cozy & modern. The 1 bedroom/1bath has 2 TV’s with cable, a refrigerator, microwave, stove, iron, & small ironing board. The bathroom is aesthetically pleasing with good lighting, a large clear glass shower & nice backsplash finish. My only complaints would be that the walls seemed a little thin (occasionally could hear neighbor), bed linens seemed like they could have been cleaner & the light in the kitchen area was too easy to bump your head on (for context - I’m 6’2”). Overall 7.5/10

It was nice because there were not a lot of rooms so there was no fighting over the pool chairs. It was clean and Melissa & staff were very friendly. Our only complaint is the WiFi was a little sketchy with a sparatic signal but that was ok too because it was nice to unplug for awhile! I would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay and will be back to stay at this location again. It was so clean and comfortable, I have not slept that great in a long time. I cannot wait to return to Florida and I am thinking it will be in October.

Nice place to stay if you’re looking for an apartment type /studio feel. Locals are friendly as well as management, Melissa. She takes excellent care of you.its Within walking distance to the beach and food and shopping. One thing I would suggest is that parking can get tight

Perfect place for a getaway. Ample space and full kitchen. Very clean and easy access.

Our 1 bedroom was remodeled beautifully, very modern & extremely comfortable. Pool was clean, but cold. With some attention to the outdoor areas, it would be perfect. No umbrellas at the pool, lights were not on at night, pool needs a heater, better furniture and gardens need some attention-but overall our stay was comfortable & quiet at night, we came home well rested and had a wonderful week stay!!

We went to the Outback Bowl and has a blast. The food within walking distance is excellent. Due to the winter storm we were force to cut out stay a day short. When we arrived on Saturday it was sunny and 70. It was raining and 40 when we left. Place it very quaint and clean. There was plenty of room for my family of 4

The hotel/apartment room could have been cleaner. The comforter was dirty with a very small blood stain, stove was dirty and still had old grease in it, couch felt dirty, and the floor was dirty. The manager/owner said she had just hired a new cleaning lady so maybe that was the problem. We ended up taking towels to clean the floor and I used towels to sit on the couch. Sucks that they charge you $75 for a cleaning fee since the place wasn't really clean. Overall, the stay was a 3.5. Everyone that worked there was very nice. There was a bottle of wine upon checking in. Pool was nice. Quiet place. Has 2 tv's. Decent walking distance to places. Not too far from the beach. Only thing wrong with this place is it could have been cleaned up better.
